Core Class for Runners and Cyclists YMCA
Check out this new class at Peterborough Family YMCA:
Fall program begins Sept 11th.

Strength and stability through hips and abdomen are essential components for any endurance athlete, especially runners and cyclists. The core includes abdominals, hips and also includes hamstrings, glutes, lower back and obliques. This class will target these areas in order to prevent injuries, improve performance and reach your goals. Improving core strength is key to remaining injury free. Using body weight exercises, circuit training, incorporating weights when appropriate, we will focus on exercises for runners and cyclists of all abilities and levels to create a stronger support system for your prime movers on the bike or hitting the ground.

Members $40.00 Non Members $90.00
