Sport Section:

How was your 2016 season?

It was a great season, thanks to Runner's Life. I crossed everything off my goals list. PB's in 5k, 10k and half marathon.

What are your goals for the 2017 season?

My goals for 2017 are to up the strength training, to address imbalances and weak area's.
I would like to better my Around The Bay time this year and race a half marathon this spring .

How do you manage to balance your various pursuits, training, family, work, etc?

Well training comes first. And second. And third.

What's your favourite workout?

Long Run with pickups.

What's your favourite race?

Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Half Marathon. I have ran it twice , it's so well organised and the atmosphere is amazing.

Favourite piece of gear?

My Shoes , I have quite a few , but never enough.

Bucket List of Races?

Yellowknife Marathon, Boston and New york.

Favourite Pre-Race Meal?
Oatmeal or a Bagel with jam and a banana.

Life Section:

If you weren’t doing what you’re doing what would you be?
Likely living in a cabin on top of a mountain somewhere making moonshine.

What are some of your favourite motto’s?
F**k this. I'm going running.

What’s your idea of a perfect day?
Winning a big lottery (10 million +)

Sweet or salty?
Both is a wonderful mixture.

What’s on your iPod?
I change it up frequently with whatever music inspires me at that point in time.

Favourite Coctail?
Rum and Coke

If you could have dinner with any 3 people living or dead whom would they be?
Daryl Dixon(Norman Reedus) he can bring dinner, Lanni Marchant supply the beer and my father.

What else should we know about you?
I lived in Yellowknife NWT for 3 years .
