I thought I was so tough getting out for an hour run on Sunday in the heat when I ran into Glen Caradus in the trails putting in, "easy 20 miles". I'm not so tough.

Saturday's ride was a sweat infested 90k of fun. I snapped a cable on my road bike before the ride so I quickly put together my TT bike, this is the first time I've ridden it since the Ironman. Oh, I remember this *&^$ busting position, fun, fun.

The Zoot Open Water swim went well, this was the first time I didn't participate, it was interesting watching people swim all over the place, very few took straight lines, it takes practice. Amazing weekend of participation for the Peterborough crowd all over the place, some noteworthy performances were Jamie Switzer's 5k in 15:16, Jutta's marathon in 2:50, Darl & Krystal's Comrades race, Anne Westfall's 1:47 Ottawa half, Mark Scott's 10 pb @ 46min & Lisa's 1:27 half marathon.

Legs are back and ready, track tonight, bring it on.
