Mikey's on his way to Ironman Placid this year, his previous best there is 5th, I hope he wins it this year.

I ran today in the heat, not too bad if you just slow down and take it a bit easier. Folks like to complain about the heat, seems they are the same folks that complain it's too cold in the winter. My legs feel pretty good and we were able to get in a solid bike workout tonight, 8x5min before the brick, lotsa fun.

I've been loving following the Giro, uphill TT, 23%.
