1) Easy pay-as-you-go $3 drop in fee.

Social and Leisurely run at 6pm leaving from McThirsty's Pub (3 doors down from Runner's Life on Charlotte St. Nice easy 3-10k with Free Nacho's afterwards while you socialize and stretch and enjoy a beverage. Always FREE! Bring a Friend!

Tuesday Cycle

Easy Spin leaving from the Silver Bean at 9:15am. Suitable for all abilities. Approximately 2-3 hours. FREE!

Tuesday Interval Run*

Interval Training, the best workout to challenge yourself and increase your fitness level. Meet at Runner's Life at 6:00pm for a great coached workout from Sept-April. Meet at Jackson Park from mid April to Mid May at 6:20pm at the Pagoda Bridge, warmed up ready to go. Meet at St. Peter's Track from Mid May-Sept. at 6:20pm warmed up ready to go. $3 drop-in Fee

Wednesday Brick

A group for all levels of cyclist & triathletes.. 6pm from Runner's Life or 6:20 at the school on Wallace Point Road@ Coldsprings. Coached workouts practicing the most important triathlon workout, the "Race Pace Brick".  A "Brick" is a ride followed immediately by a run.  These are designed to get you cycling with more confidence and increase fitness level as well as practice the specific skills of triathlon. Lots of fun! $3 drop-in fee.

Thursday Tempo Run**

Tempo Run. Designed to increase stamina, speed and strength, great to do with a group. 6pm. at Runner's Life from Oct.-Mid April. Meet at Jackson Park from Mikd April to Oct. at the Pagoda Bridge at 6:20pm warmed up ready to go. $3 drop-in fee

Saturday Swim

A group swim for all levels and abilities where you can get into a group and practice the specific skills of triathlon swimming. Spotting, drafting, getting in/out of your wetsuit and getting comfortable in a group.  Beavermead Park at 8am. Great fun! $3 Drop-in fee.

Saturday Cycle

A nice easy spin leaving from Beavermead at 9am with variable distances and paces. Great for building endurance 1.5-3hrs. $3 Drop In Fee
